1) We WILL NOT answer emails, phone calls or faxes from anyone asking about illegal activities, or how to use our products for illegal activities...they will automatically be deleted or destroyed. All products are designed for testing and exploring the vulnerabilities of CUSTOMER-OWNED equipment, and no illegal use is encouraged or implied. We WILL NOT knowingly sell to anyone intending on using our products for illegal activities or uses. It is your responsibility to check the applicable laws in your city, state, and country.

2) COD orders must total at least $100.00, before shipping and handling charges are applied.  No minimum order when prepaid.

3) Actual products may differ slightly from catalog photos.

4) All items are shipped out within 48 hours of receipt of payment, depending on product availability. We currently accept 2 methods of payment: COD (Postal Money Order paid at time of delivery) and Mail-In Payment (Money Order sent to our physical address, please call or email for details and address).  We can ship COD to U.S. addresses only. All international customers should use Mail-In Payment.  We cannot ship COD to addresses outside the US as the couriers will not permit it. Our ONLY requirement for COD shipments is that you pay using POST OFFICE money orders.  For privacy purposes, we can ship COD to a FEDEX location where you can go, pay and pick it up.  Due to increasing problems relating to check fraud we DO NOT accept personal checks anymore. We also do not accept credit cards because of rules established by the credit card companies.  Remember that we must still receive your signed disclaimer prior to final order processing/shipping. Use a separate sheet of paper to list the items you want to order. Include item number, description, form, quantity, and price. Also Include your name, address, city, state or province, zip code, and country with your order. Please include your telephone number and e-mail address, should we encounter any difficulty in filling your order.  If paying by COD, then email or fax the ordering information. 

5) Shipping and handling for orders inside the USA is $10.00 for 2-3 day service; $20.00 for 1 day service; add an additional $10.00 shipping for COD orders. Shipping and handling for orders outside the USA is $20.00 using Global Priority Mail (3-5 days, usually); $35.00 for Express Mail (2-4 days, usually); $50.00 for FEDEX (1-2 days, usually).
